Haniyeh reveals the details of the ceasefire negotiations and holds Israel responsible for obstructing them. He stressed that Hamas showed positivity and responsibility in the course of the negotiations, and adhered to a comprehensive agreement in 3 stages linked to international guarantees.
He revealed that Hamas had set three controls since the beginning of the negotiating process in order to reach an agreement, which he said included a ceasefire and blocking all suspicious plans targeting Gaza.
