Ye He bin is former secretary of the Party Working Committee of Shangrao Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangxi Province. Wu Jing is a former party committee member and labor union chairman of Guizhou Tourism Investment Holding (Group) Co. Ltd. The case is under further processing.
