Greenland: islets emerging due to global warming. Danish scientists speak of an “alarming” phenomenon.

bedrock in Greenland has risen by an average of 20 centimeters over the past 10 years, from 2013 to 2023, an "alarming" phenomenon. Measured by 61 GPS stations located along the coasts, the uplift, which could reach two meters per century, also reveals new islets around the Danish autonomous territory, which is 2.2 million km2 large.
