Russian government plans to extend the preferential family mortgage after July 1, 2024. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova announced the plans.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the need to extend family mortgage program at 6%. The government is now preparing the relevant documents to extend these instruments, Golikovas said. She added that housing programs, such as “Family Mortgage” and a payment of 450 thousand rubles, turned out to be the most popular. The program is set to be extended until 2024.
