One of the last four fugitives wanted in the 100-day genocide was arrested Wednesday in South Africa. Fulgence Fulgence Kayishema is accused of murdering more than 2,000 Tutsis and Hutu opponents.

He was charged with genocide, complicity in genocide, conspiracy to commit genocide and crimes against humanity. The suspect was apprehended at a wine farm in Paarl, about 60 kilometers from Cape Town, South African police said in a statement. He will appear in Cape Magistrates' Court on Friday pending extradition to Rwanda.
