US Secretary of State Antony Blinken expects clear consequences if Israel's army invades the city of Rafah in the Gaza Strip. The Rafah offensive risks isolating Israel in the world, Blinken said after a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
