Garibaldi, Pablo Iglesias' bar in Lavapiés, vandalized by anarchists before its opening because of the name of a cocktail. Garibaldi Tavern is a venture by the purple leader for which he has partnered with the poet Sebastián Fiorilli and the singer-songwriter Carlos Ávila.
The names of the dishes make references to political figures such as the "Viva Zapata" enchiladas or the "Brigada GarIBaldi" cheeks.
