Gagin also expressed confidence that the organizer of the terrorist attack was the Ukrainian special services. Earlier, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev called NATO leaders accomplices of theterrorist attack in Crocus. According to him, the perpetrators are not religious fanatics, but murderers. The attack took place at Crocus City Hall near Moscow.
