A police officer in Gävle is warned by the police's personnel liability board. He forgot several magazines for his submachine gun on the roof of the police car.

An alarm that there was a man armed with a knife in Andersberg caused the magazines to fly off the roof. The magazines were found by the public and handed in to the police, both were whole and had all the ammunition left. The police officer is warned because he did not have sufficient control over the magazines and ammunition.
