The world’s arms spending budget witnessed a continuous increase in 2022 for the eighth time in a row. It is at its highest levels in more than 30 years and the end of the Cold War, with a total estimated at 2055 billion Euros. The United States topped the list of countries exporting weapons with 40% of sales, followed by Russia with 17% and France with 10%.
