French justice paves the way for the protection of all Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. In France, the National Court of Asylum (CNDA) has just announced that it has granted subsidiary protection, a form of asylum, to a man from Khan Younès.

The CNDA considers that its region is experiencing a situation of indiscriminate violence of exceptional intensity. However, asylum was initially refused to this thirty-year-old. The decision should set a precedent for all cases concerning people from theGaza Strip.
