Francisco de la Torre (Malaga, 1942) is not the dean of the PP candidates in these elections. But few like the mayor of Malaga boast similar numbers.

At 80 years old, he aspires to his sixth term and wants (and the polls give it) the absolute majority that he has not had in the last eight years. He has no problem going against the current and, in the face of his party's mantra, denying that 28-M is a kind of national plebiscite.
