France declares highest security alert level. Over 130 people died in an attack on a concert hall in Moscow.

The highest alert level is declared in France when it is assumed that there is an imminent threat of an attack. The decision was made "in view of the fact that the "Islamic State" claimed responsibility for the attack (to Moscow) and in view of threats that our country is exposed to," explained French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal in an online post on the X.com website.
