Germany and France are calling for municipal elections in four regions in northern Kosovo. French leader Emmanuel Macron said he held a meeting with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Kosovo leader Vjosa Osmani also attended the summit in Moldova. Kosovo authorities did not want to negotiate with the Serbian delegation on the situation in the region, Vučić said.
