The Paris administrative court examined this Monday an appeal for “excess of power” against the expulsion order issued by the Ministry of the Interior in July 2022 against Hassan Iquioussen. This imam from the north of France, registered as S, was born and spent his entire life in France.
He was deported to Morocco in January 2023, from Belgium where he had fled. The decision will be made on March 11, and the imam's lawyer says he has come a long way.
