Four NGOs announce suing Denmark for its arms exports to Israel. “Denmark should not send weapons to Israel when there is reasonable suspicion that this country is committing war crimes in Gaza,” said Tim Whyte, secretary general of the NGO Action Aid Denmark.
The complaint is a continuation of a Dutch court which ordered the Netherlands in mid-February to stop the export of F-35 parts to Israeli. Similar action was taken in Canada where a coalition of lawyers and citizens of Palestinian origin filed a complaint against Justin Trudeau's government.
