According to the Israeli military, 136 people are still being held hostage by Hamas in the Gaza Strip. US Secretary of State Blinken, who was visiting Qatar, announced on the 6th that he had received a response from Hamas, and is scheduled to hold talks with Prime Minister Netanyahu in Israel.
