Four former Twitter executives sue Musk for more than $128 million in severance pay. The plaintiffs say they are entitled to one year's salary, plus unvested stock awards valued at Twitter's purchase price.

Musk did not pay them when he took the company private. The indictment also alleges that Musk "bragged" to his biographer about how he planned to defraud former Twitter execs out of their severance packages, thereby saving himself $200 million. A large number of ordinary Twitter employees who were fired by Musk and did not receive severance pays are suing him in court.
