Second day of workshop this Tuesday, February 27 on inter-Malian dialogue. Supposed to allow “national ownership of the peace process’, this dialogue was announced almost two months ago.
Presented as a 100% national alternative to the 2015 peace agreement, now officially broken. Five themes are proposed: peace and national reconciliation, political and institutional issues, economy and sustainable development, defense and security or even geopolitics and the international environment. RFI was able to consult the proposals.
