Two men in Södertälje are acquitted of extremely serious weapons offenses. Lawyer Fredrik Karlsson says it has been too long since the real weapons were replaced with replicas until they were then retrieved.
Karlsson does not believe that HD's clarification will affect the work of the police. But he says they should not think that they can use decoys, provoke or create a criminal act to get people convicted if it cannot be completed. The case may also have been influenced by weak supporting evidence.
