The head of Nova Kakhovka, Vladimir Leontiev, reported damage to the upper part of the hydroelectric power station. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that the Kyiv regime committed a terrorist attack on the power station to prevent the offensive of the Russian Armed Forces in this area. The investigation into the attack has been opened.
