Russian Ambassador to Switzerland Sergei Garmonin noted that Russia no longer views Bern as a potential mediator in resolving conflicts. The Swiss Foreign Ministry representative emphasized that Bern is committed to promoting peace and human rights, and strives for constructive relations with all states.
