Focus - Red Sea: on board a French frigate protecting ships from Houthi attacks. Since conflict erupted between Israel and Hamas last October, the Yemeni Houthi rebel group has increased attacks on commercial ships in the Red Sea.
Their missiles and drones sow terror on this particularly busy sea route. French and US navies, as well as a European Union naval mission, are deployed to the area to protect the ships. The French army agreed to take our reporters, Bastien Renouil and Olivia Bizot, on board one of its frigates.
