Florencio Sachidrián (60) has been cutting Iberian ham for 40 years. He was the first to put a ham in the White House.

The king of ham invoices 84 million and sweeps airports. He travels 17,000 kilometers one way and as many back in three days just to see Hamilton or the Spaniard. He says that the hams speak to him and tell him what to do to bare their souls. "My life is like that, I do between 600 and 800 hours of plane a year," he says.
