In Finistère, the courts have just ordered compensation for 13 owners living near a wind farm. A victory for the latter, while experts estimate that their property has lost between 20% and 40% of its value.

But a lawyer is pleading for a change in legislation. This is an unprecedented court decision in the litany of appeals filed against the installation of wind turbines by local residents. In total, nearly 730,000 euros will compensate the owners of 13 houses impacted by the nuisances of the wind turbines.
