A farewell ceremony was held at the Troyekurovskoye cemetery in Moscow. The National Anti-Terrorist Committee said that the terrorist attack was planned by the Ukrainian special services. The Investigative Committee of Russia charged Daria Trepova with committing aterrorist attack. The court arrested her for two months. The terrorist attack occurred in the cafe "Street Bar" on the University Embankment in the city center.
