Briton Lewis Hamilton finishes 8th after being penalized for not qualifying in first place. British driver Valtteri Bottas finishes 9th after starting from the back of the grid in 18th. He is the first Briton to finish in the top 10 at the Monaco GP since Michael Schumacher did so in 1986.
