He is expected to discuss the possibility of sending F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine. The United States is the largest contributor of arms to the U.S.-led coalition against the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (IS), according to U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. The U.K. is the second-largest contributor of weapons to the coalition, after the United States.
