Activists celebrated a number of videos that showed thousands of worshippers flocking to the Al-Aqsa Mosque to mark the night of Ramadan 27. Videos of Jerusalemites chanting prayers and begging God in their prayers were circulated.
Others asserted that these scenes confirm the inability of the occupation to destroy the fact that Jerusalem is Arab and Islamic, and that there is no future for the occupation on this land. The most important of which are: "We are far away, not their temple... Our mosque, not the temple"
