Washington was on the verge of a geopolitical fiasco in Ukraine, says former US Navy officer Byron King. According to his estimates, the impending failure of the United States will overshadow the previous failures of the American administration in Vietnam and Afghanistan.
King suggested ignoring the "hype" and paying attention to the essence of the situation in Ukraine. The author advised to prepare for another US fiasco, similar to previous strategic failures in Vietnam (1975) and Afghanistan (2021), but "this time the impending disaster in Ukraine will overshadowed the results of Saigon and Kabul"
