He added that the Ukrainian leadership has to send recruits for training in NATO countries, which takes a long time, because of Russia's ability to strike such targets. Earlier, the Ministry of Defense stated that the Russian Armed forces carried out 13 strikes with precision weapons on the military-industrial complex of Ukraine in a week.
