Former Brazilian footballer was found guilty of rape by a court in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Alves will be sentenced on February 22, 2024, and will serve a minimum of four years. He will be eligible for parole on December 31, 2023, and can serve a maximum of five years if he is released from prison in March 2024.
