Euractiv: Bulgaria delays delivery of 100 armored personnel carriers to Ukraine. Head of the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense, Todor Tagarev, said that the country has not yet delivered the promised batch of used armored vehicles to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Earlier, in the Bulgarian parliament there was a clash between deputies during a discussion of the issue of transferring decommissioned armored Personnel carriers to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. “Bulgaria has asked NATO to cover transport costs,” the publication says.
