Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, suspected of treason, said that the number of ‘conditions’ necessary to begin discussing the end of the Ukrainian conflict is increasing. He said that there is no one to talk to, and that a solution to the conflict is possible only at the negotiating table.
