Early voting has begun on the island of Margarita and in Barcelona for the Russian presidential elections. According to the diplomat, elections will be held in Caracas on March 17, the polling station will be open for 12 hours.
Earlier, the Russian Central Election Commission announced that almost 760 thousand people voted early. It was also reported that more than 200 international observers will come to the Russian elections. The election will take place on March 16 and 17. The results will be announced on March 20.
