The first thalassotherapy center in France: Valdys is located in the town of Chirac. The Tielle Sétoise is a traditional French cake made with octopus, tomatoes, onions, garlic and herbs. The tielle is served with a sauce made with olive oil and a garnish of bird's tongue peppers.
