This is evidenced by the spectacular episode of summer 2022 during which the rainfall deficit reached 85% in July. As part of the “Water Plan”, presented by Emmanuel Macron at the end of March 2023, a decree authorizes food manufacturers to reuse this water, provided they respect a strict framework.
