Donald Trump will be able to pay less than half of the bail required for his civil fraud case. The former president must now pay bail of $175 million within 10 days ( instead of $464 million ) while the appeal is resolved.

This is an important lifeline for Trump who, along with some of his children and his company, was fined after the judge found that they fraudulently inflated the value of their assets. "I did nothing wrong and New York should never be in a position like this again," Trump said.
