Doña Concha Piquer's granddaughters auction in Paris part of the historical jewels left by the artist. At the close of this edition, one of the most expensive jewels was a solitaire with a 10.71-carat emerald-cut diamond surrounded by smaller baguette-cut diamonds set in platinum that reached 82,550 euros.
An enamel, sardonyx and diamond travel watch by Cartier sold for 25,400 euros and another wristwatch from the French maison in yellow gold, with the crown set with a cabochon sapphire and a leather strap for 7,620 euros.
