Diplomats from the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines went to the Overseas Chinese Memorial in Manila to pay homage to the anti-Japanese overseas Chinese martyrs. Charge d’affaires Zhou Zhiyong laid wreaths at the Memorial and Tombs.
