Diplomat Gavrilov: The United States is pushing Europe deeper into the Ukrainian conflict. He added that Washington is increasingly shifting responsibility for the continuation of the conflict, financing Kyiv and arms supplies onto Europe.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that Germany’s approval of a new €7 billion aid package to Ukraine indicates that the U.S. is forcing its wards to shell out even more. The Russian delegation is at negotiations in Vienna on military security and arms control.
