Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin met in Moscow with the PRC Special Representative for Eurasian Affairs Li Hui. The parties stated that any discussion of a political and diplomatic settlement is impossible without the participation of Russian representatives.
The ultimatum demands towards Russia promoted by Kiev and the West only harm the prospects for a settlement and cannot serve as its basis, the statement said. It was previously reported that Li HUI will visit Russia, EU headquarters, Poland, Ukraine, Germany and France to discuss resolving the Ukrainian conflict.
