military OSprey transport plane crashed off the coast of Yakushima, Kagoshima Prefecture, killing all eight people on board. The US military suspended its Ospreys flights around the world, but this was lifted on the 8th of this month. Kihara reiterated his intention to provide detailed explanations in order to dispel the dissatisfaction and concerns of relevant local governments.
