Twelve people were killed in a stampede at a football match. The match was being played at the Cuscatlan stadium in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The club was fined $30,000 for not having enough tickets for the match. It is the second time in two years that the club has been fined over the tragedy. The first time was in 2010, when it was fined for selling tickets for a match at the same time as the stampede. The second time, in 2012, the fine was for the same reason: the lack of tickets.
