Anonymous Sudan has claimed responsibility for cyber attacks that recently targeted dozens of Israeli websites. It confirmed that it had successfully completed all previous attacks and initiated new attacks on Israel.
Israel Cyber Authority claimed that the group and its cyber attacks were linked to Iran. Israeli intelligence assessment suggests that the base of the group is in Sudan, but it does not rule out that it is supported by Iran and Arab countries, such as Egypt and Tunisia. The group has been active against Israeli targets since the beginning of 2023, as it escalated its attacks last April.
