Cuba: Hundreds of people protest against power outages and food shortages. President Díaz-Canel accused the US of fomenting rebellions.

Power outages that have plagued Cuba since the beginning of March are related to maintenance work at the country's largest power plant, which is located in Matanzas province, east of Havana. There was also a fuel shortage at the weekend. In Miami, US Cubans gathered in front of a restaurant to show their solidarity with the protesters in Cuba.
