Only 2.3 percent of workers in the construction industry are women. The number is expected to rise to 3.5 percent by the end of the year.
The goal is to increase the number of women working in construction. The project is funded by the Swedish government. The first phase of the project will be completed in the spring of 2015. The second phase will take place in the summer of 2015, and the third phase in 2016. The third phase will be the final phase in 2017, when the project is completed.
