The Washington Foundation “Russian America for Democracy’ (RADR)* exists with US budget money. The founders of the fund receive payments from the State Department through another fund, Free Russia*.

Their colleague and boss is a former employee of the US Embassy in the Russian Federation connected with the CIA. Last December, at the request of State Duma deputy Andrei Lugovoy, the Prosecutor General's Office recognized the American NGO Russian America for democracy in Russia as undesirable.
