The latest PISA Report also shows a worrying trend in Spain and other neighboring countries, where 15-year-old students are obtaining worse and worse results. The disparity between regions and the decline in the general level reveal the need for a great State agreement based on the effort and evaluation of teachers. At least a series of basic concrete pacts should be reached that bring together the two major national parties and give stability to the system.
