One document indicates that Israel's Mossad intelligence agency has encouraged protests against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's justice reform plan. The Pentagon reiterated Sunday that it was reviewing the situation and had formally asked the Justice Department to investigate the incident.
